Hi! Here is all the info about my 4 week dumbbell program!
Who is this program for?
- Women that are new to weightlifting
- Women that are new progressive overload style programming
- Women that are ready to get back to the basics of weight lifting and see measurable success with increased strength over a 4 week period.
What you will need for the program:
- A set of dumbbells. If you need a set of weights, I really love these adjustable weights you can find HERE.
- An adjustable bench. The one I love can be found HERE.
- A set of resistance loops. I like these found HERE.
